    We will follow up with you individually but this helps us put general information together - we hope to make your experience with us seamless and enjoyable. 

    Travel: If you are flying in, Kat will reach out to help arrange your flight. Please hold on to taxi receipts for reimbursements.
    Lodging: If you require rooms, please note so below and we will arrange them accordingly. You'll receive room reservations the last week of July.
    Meals: You are invited to participate in our VIP Dinner (8/8) and VIP Breakfast (8/9) - these attendees help sponsor the event and would love the opportunity to meet and talk with you! We'll provide lunch vouchers for you as well.
